Safe implementation principles

No technical changes begin without:

  • check_circle an agreed scope
  • check_circle client approval
  • check_circle the required access
  • check_circle an agreed backup and rollback plan
  • check_circle acceptance criteria

Frequently asked questions

Do you build new websites? expand_more
No. We work with existing B2B websites. We help make the route to an enquiry easier instead of immediately rebuilding everything from scratch.
Is this a free audit? expand_more
No. Our main service is a paid review priced at PLN 490–990. We only assess free of charge whether that scope of work suits your situation.
What do I receive from the paid review? expand_more
A report covering the 5–10 most important issues, their business impact, quick improvements and an action plan. For every point, we explain what to change, where and why.
What happens after submitting the form? expand_more
Within 1–2 working days, we propose the next step. This may be a short call, a scope for a paid review or confirmation that the service is not suitable for your situation.
Do you guarantee more enquiries? expand_more
We do not promise a fixed percentage increase. Our goal is a simpler route to contact, reliable measurement and the ability to keep improving the website using data.
Can you fix the issues after the review? expand_more
Yes. That is what the rescue sprint is for. It costs PLN 2,900–6,900. We implement the agreed changes and do not expand the scope without your approval.
What if we already have a developer? expand_more
The review will show them exactly what to change and where. We prepare the report so your developer can start work without having to interpret vague recommendations.
What access do you need? expand_more
Depending on the scope, we may need access to the CMS, FTP or repository, Google Analytics and Search Console, and sometimes the forms. We agree everything before work begins.
How long does a sprint take? expand_more
5–7 working days. We count from the point when all required access has been provided and the scope confirmed.
Can the review cost be credited towards a sprint? expand_more
Yes, when the sprint is ordered within 30 days of the review. The review fee is credited towards the sprint.
